And they've made a cool $500K in the process.

Real estate figure and The Block judge Marty Fox and wife Charlotte have put their idyllic Mornington Peninsula family retreat on the market.

The renovated 1950s cottage has been listed through WHITEFOX — the real estate empire Marty and Charlotte co-founded back in 2017 — and comes with a price guide of between $1.9 million and $2.09 million.

The couple, who are seasoned renovators with more than 14 house flips under their belt, bought the 1,548-square-metre property back in 2021 as a part-time retreat.

After giving the home a contemporary refresh, the cottage now stands as a blend of original period charm and modern design. Complete with all the luxuries, including a swimming pool, sprawling gardens and an in-ground trampoline, it comes as little surprise that the couple’s three kids reportedly “loved the space.”

The pair told realestate.com.au that they are selling the Red Hill property as they are no longer able to travel down to the Peninsula very often and now live in a c1890s Victorian mansion in the affluent suburb of Toorak.
